Can’t make it to Anchorage for The Wildlife Society annual meeting? No problem! The Alaska Chapter of The Wildlife Society will be live streaming all oral presentations from February 11 to 13, 2020 through the GoToWebinar online platform. Remote participants will not have access to workshops, the banquet, poster session, or field trips. We will not be recording presentations for later viewing.

How to attend

Register for the meeting and select the “remote participation” option. Once registered, you will receive an email invitation with a link to the meeting. Click the link on the day of the meeting and you will be directly connected. No downloads are required. Registered participants will also receive a session ID, so if you somehow lose access to the direct link you can still join the meeting using the GoToWebinar login portal.

If you wish to join the meeting using a mobile device, you must first download the free GoToWebinar app on the App Store, Google Play, or Windows store. Once the app is downloaded, joining the meeting is as simple as clicking the invitation link or logging in using the session ID.

Can I present remotely?

Yes! If you are interested to give a presentation remotely, submit your abstract. Please indicate that you will be giving a remote presentation by emailing us at twsalaska (at) gmail.com.
